WARRANTY

Your Hyfen items come with an automatic 6-month warranty from the date of receiving the orders. This limited warranty only applies to the items purchased in the USA or directly from www.thehyfen.com. For limited warranty coverage outside the USA, please contact the local resellers or distributors.

This warranty does not cover the damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, excessive moisture, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification and repairs, or destroyed packages by Customs Officials.

Hyfen will repair or replace any defective parts, and be responsible for shipping the products back to you at our expense. You will be responsible for shipping charges directly to Hyfen or to an authorized reseller.

PRICING

Prices may be subject to change without notice. If an item increases in price after you have made a purchase, you will not be required to pay the additional cost. If an item decreases in price within 3 days after you have made a purchase, Hyfen is happy to offer you store credit for the price difference if you contact us to make the request within 7 days of the original purchase.
